Passion Fruit
Passiflora edulis
Maracuyá is a tropical fruit from South and Central America, also known as passion fruit. Its shell is yellow and oval-shaped, and its pulp contains dark seeds with a sweet and sour taste and a distinctive aroma. It is refreshing and rich in nutrients such as vitamin A and C, dietary fiber, potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
It is commonly used to prepare juices, desserts, and sweets, and is also used in traditional medicine to treat anxiety and insomnia. Maracuyá is a popular option for home gardens and orchards, as it can be cultivated in warm and humid climates.

Passiflora ligularis
It is an exotic fruit native to South America. It is characterized by its orange-colored skin and oval shape. Its unique, fresh, and aromatic sweet flavor is found in the fruit’s pulp, composed of a juicy mass accompanied by dark seeds. It is easy to digest directly, causing a particularly pleasant sensation.
It contains vitamins A, B2, B3, B6, B9, C, E, and K, as well as minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, and zinc. Additionally, it has a high content of proteins and healthy carbohydrates, making it a fundamental ingredient for a healthy diet.
